Q. WHAT IS BETTER, TO REPAIR OR TO REPLACE MY APPLIANCE?
A. Appliances have expected average lifetimes. How long an appliance can be expected to last depends on how much and how hard you use it, but eventually part wear out and break down. When you have a broken appliance, you can fix or replace a part and this works fine for an appliance in the early years of its expected lifetime.
But, when the broken appliance is getting its tenth service call instead of the first, the time may have come to buy a replacement. You can ask our experienced technician about your appliance. They will have a good idea about whether the current repair will last or if you are just throwing money away trying to save your old appliance.

Q. DO YOU HAVE A GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY?
A. Yes, we do. We provide a 12-month warranty for all parts and labor. We use manufacturer parts for LG, Frigidaire, GE, Kenmore, Sub-Zero, KitchenAid, Whirlpool and several other popular appliance brands. Doing these preserves your manufacturer’s warranty. And, please do not wait to contact us at if a problem pops up again after our repairman leaves.
Q. CAN YOU REPAIR MY APPLIANCE ON YOUR FIRST VISIT?
A. We can do that 95% of the time! We always stock our service vans with more than 90% of the common manufacturer parts plus all of the tools necessary to accomplish our repair services. In the rare event we need to return for a second service call, there is no additional service fee. We estimate that over the years we have been successful 95% of the time doing all repairs done on the first visit.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR TIMEFRAME FOR APPOINTMENTS?
A. We set up a 2-3 hour window for our repairman to arrive at your home or apartment. We know how important your time is and we do our best to arrive during the early part of the service window. But, if the previous appointment or repair takes longer than expected, this window gives our technician some time to still arrive on time at your home during the service window. And, the repairman will call 10-15 minutes before their arrival to let you know they are on the way.
